The origins

Officine D’Amico was founded in Cisternino (BR) by Francesco D’Amico as an artisanal workshop. From a small local operation, it has grown into a company that, over time, has combined craftsmanship, innovation, and industrial vision.

1966

New Processing

The production of aluminum frames was introduced, marking the beginning of an expansion in both manufacturing processes and technologies used in the workshop.

1975

Pressed horizontal grating

The company expanded its technical offering with the production of pressed steel grating, a robust and versatile solution used across numerous industrial and architectural applications.

1988

Welded wire mesh

The production of welded wire mesh fencing was launched, becoming one of the company’s most representative product lines in perimeter security.

1999

The new headquarter

Officine D’Amico moved to its current headquarters in Cisternino, a modern production facility with over 3,500 sqm of covered space and 4,000 sqm of outdoor yard, designed to combine efficiency, quality, and sustainability.

2006

The Sport Business Unit

The first certified fencing systems for sports facilities were introduced in compliance with FIT and FIP regulations, marking the creation of a new specialized division dedicated to sports facility fencing.

2008

Padel Facilities

The company has expanded its range of fencing and metal solutions by introducing perimeter structures for padel courts. Robust steel frames, anti-corrosion finishes, and modular panels make assembly easy. These solutions balance security, aesthetics, and long-lasting durability.

2014

High Security

High-security fencing systems enter production, designed to protect perimeters in sensitive contexts that require certified, robust, and reliable solutions.
