Calcetto Strong by Officine D’Amico is the fencing system designed for high-intensity five-a-side football pitches, ideal for professional facilities, competitions, and sports centers with frequent use. A robust, high-performance solution engineered to ensure maximum safety, impact resistance, and long-term durability, even in particularly demanding sports environments.

Made of galvanized steel welded mesh with polyester coating, the panels feature thick wire and horizontal reinforcements that ensure visual continuity, structural stability, and protection for both players and spectators. The modular system allows for quick installation and easy adaptation to different pitch configurations, providing a functional, reliable, and long-lasting solution for public and private sports facilities.

Panels

Rigid welded wire mesh panels made of galvanized steel rods coated with polyester (minimum thickness 80 microns), featuring a double horizontal reinforcing rod.

Three-panel tiers are installed from bottom to top to reach the required overall height, which can be adjusted to meet specific project requirements.

Post

Rectangular tubular posts with a 120 × 60 × 3 mm section and a height of 7000 mm, equipped with threaded inserts to allow the panels to be fixed using stainless steel breakaway bolts.

Gates

The fencing system can be combined with CE-marked pedestrian and vehicular gates.

Fixing plates

Steel fixing plate welded to the post (this solution must be designed in coordination with the technical department).

Installation

Fence installation is extremely quick and straightforward thanks to the simplicity and flexibility of the individual components.

Two types of post fixing are available:

In-ground post: installation is carried out by inserting the post into a purpose-built excavation.
Anchor-fixed post: this option features a suitably sized plate welded to the post, allowing fixing to the base surface using anchor bolts or threaded rods.
