Complete structure for 6 × 20 m padel xourt
The Single Padel Court by Officine D’Amico is a structure designed to create a 6 × 20 meter playing area, intended for one-on-one padel matches and training activities in schools and sports centers. This compact solution retains the technical and structural features of a regulation court, ensuring stability, durability, and Made in Italy construction quality.
The steel structure consists of vertical load-bearing tubular profiles with 3 mm thickness, self-supporting frames, and welded mesh panels with 50 × 50 mm mesh and 4+4 mm wire, all made of galvanized steel and coated with thermosetting polyester powder paint (minimum thickness 80 microns). This configuration provides protection against weather exposure, long-term durability, and structural strength.
The back walls feature a “U”-shaped configuration composed of a rear panel and side half-walls, with the option of 10/12 mm tempered glass compliant with UNI EN 12150 standards, or other suitable materials designed to ensure consistent ball rebound.
The system is engineered for ease of installation, secure assembly, and structural stability, with refined finishes and optional color customization available upon request (RAL colors and two-tone options).
Dedicated accessories are available, including a regulation game net (height 920 mm, 45 × 45 mm knotless mesh, 3 mm wire), posts with tensioning winch system, and LED floodlighting upon request.

Structure
The metal structure is made of load-bearing tubular profiles with 3 mm thickness, self-supporting frames, and welded wire mesh panels with a 50×50 mesh and 4+4 mm wire. Galvanized and powder-coated (≥80 microns), it ensures stability, fast installation, and Made in Italy quality.
Walls
The end walls of the playing area are built with a “U”-shaped structure, consisting of a rear back panel and two half-height side walls. These surfaces can be made of glass (10/12 mm tempered glass compliant with UNI EN 12150) or other materials with adequate strength to ensure a regular and uniform ball rebound. The walls are fixed to the metal structure using slotted flanges and galvanized steel screws.
Supply
The supply includes the playing net (height 920 mm, 45×45 knotless mesh, 3 mm wire thickness, black color with white top band), posts complete with a net tensioning winch, and, upon request, optional LED floodlighting.
Regulations
The structures comply with the regulations of the F.I.T.P. (Italian Tennis and Padel Federation) and the F.I.P. (International Padel Federation) regarding dimensions and structural characteristics.
Each structure is certified by a structural engineer in accordance with current regulations (NTC 2018 and subsequent provisions) and is CE marked in compliance with EN 1090.
