Tall fencing compliant with UNI EN 13200-3 for sports fields, stadiums, and public areas
Vera Sport 220/250 is a tall sports fencing system, ideal for fields, stadiums, and public areas where maximum safety and containment are required. With a height ranging from 220 to 250 cm, it is made of modular welded wire mesh panels in galvanized steel with a polyester coating, ensuring protection, durability, and easy installation. Fully compliant with UNI EN 13200-3 standards.
The product is part of Vera Sport, the Officine D’Amico fencing line specifically certified for sports facilities in accordance with UNI EN 13200-3 regulations.
Usage
Colors
Standard RAL 6005 (Moss Green).
Panels
Rigid welded wire mesh panels made of galvanized steel rods coated with polyester (minimum thickness 80 microns). The reinforced double edging and regular mesh pattern ensure high strength, visibility, and safety.
Post
Rectangular tubular posts measuring 120 × 60 × 3 mm, equipped with threaded inserts for secure panel fixing using stainless steel breakaway bolts. The reinforced structure ensures stability, impact resistance, and long-lasting durability even in high-intensity sports environments.
Gates
The fencing system can be combined with CE-certified vehicular gates.
Steel fixing plate
Steel fixing plate welded to the post. This solution must be designed in coordination with the technical department.
Installation
Installation is quick and straightforward thanks to the components’ modular design. After positioning the posts in the prepared foundations at 2525 mm centers, the horizontal rails are installed to form the initial frames. The panels are then fixed using clips and bolts. The final phase involves shearing off the bolt heads, ensuring safety, and preventing tampering.
Horizontal rails
Square tubular profiles with a 60 × 60 × 1.5 mm section and a length of 2463 mm, equipped with threaded inserts to allow panel fixing using stainless steel breakaway bolts, and slotted fins to enable installation on the vertical posts.
Regulations
The Vera Sport fencing system is designed in full compliance with current regulations governing safety in sports facilities. It complies with former UNI EN 10121-2 and EN 13200-3 standards, in line with the provisions of the Italian Ministry of the Interior Decree of 18 March 1996, subsequently updated by the “Pisanu Law” Decree of 6 June 2005, which regulates the safety, construction, and operation requirements of sports facilities.
