Fixing plates

Steel fixing plate welded to the post. This solution must be designed in coordination with the technical department.

Installation

Two types of column fixing are available:

– In-ground columns: installation is carried out by placing the columns into a purpose-built excavation.

– Anchor-fixed columns: this option features a suitably sized plate welded to the columns, allowing fixing to the base surface using anchor bolts or threaded rods.

Regulations

The VERA SPORT GATES fencing system is designed in compliance with current regulations for the safety of sports facilities. It complies with UNI EN 10121-2 and EN 13200-3 standards and meets the requirements of the Italian Ministry of the Interior Decree of 18 March 1996 concerning the construction, management, and safety of sports facilities.

Accessories

All gates are supplied with the necessary accessories for correct installation and use in full compliance with current regulations, and are accompanied by a user and maintenance manual as well as an identification label.

LEAF STRUCTURE

Made of vertical and horizontal rectangular or square tubular profiles, sized according to the dimensions of the gate.

COLUMNS

Tubular columns dimensioned according to the load capacity and size of the gate leaf/leaves.

INTERNAL INFILL

Rigid welded wire mesh panels made of galvanized steel rods coated with polyester (minimum thickness 80 microns), featuring a double horizontal reinforcing rod.
